Any signings made by Hughes does not count towards FFP.
The wages and salary of any player signed before some date recently does not count as the rules were just newly implemented.
Getting rid of extra players is purely to save money for saving money's sake. Not for FFP.

Also, any player on the transfer list does not count towards FFP. So if we don't play them and have them on the transferlist they don't count.
