Nasri on Twitter

he's obviously someone that doesn't like people hating him. Arsenal fans hate him, he's trying to mend wounds so he and his family don't get death threats when we go to the Emirates next month. I see no problems.

I'm not saying he's wrong for doing it, but it's not often you see such overt support shown for a rival team.

Since when have Arsenal been a rival team? Last time I looked they were 17 points behind us. A rival would be United or Spurs, if he wished them well in the league I could see why you would take offence.

I'd be more worried about him as a person if he didnt have an affinity for the club that he spent best part of 4 years of his life at.

and how anyone can say someone who is tweeting in a language that is foreign to his own seems "too partisan" is beyond me. Should he of checked his online thesaurus for less "partisan" words that he wasnt familiar with.

One person that does annoy me on twitter with his tweets is John Guidetti, I understand he's playing for Feyenoord now but he has mentioned City maybe twice since the Summer. Never any congratulations or even any sign that he is interested in us.

To be fair he tweeted last week "Once a gooner, always a gooner!". Are you going to tell me that this was lost in translation as well?

I just get the sense that he's not enjoying being part of the city camp as much as Ageuro and the others.

However I hope he will eventually enjoy being at the club as much as the others.

He was teasing Vieira with that tweet. So not lost in translation but you seem to have missed the context.

Have you not seen the City TV videos where he`s always enjoying a laugh and joke with his team-mates ??
Bloody hell I`m now even more convinced that you only started this thread to slag him off.

You could argue that's because he's Totally focussed on his task at hand and to be fair to john he's said in the papers that he wants to come back to city

I don't get it.

I think the tweets are more directed to the manager and team mates he still respects and played with not 6 mos ago. He does this despite knowing he'll get abuse from the Arse fans, whom a majority will see him as traitor no matter what he does. I agree with whomever said he feels guilty, b/c he's part of the reason for their slide. I wonder if Arsenal were top of the league and still in some cups, would he still be tweeting for them? I highly doubt it.

Silva talks alot about Valencia on his website, but he doesn't tweet at all. Maybe he's got the right idea.
