There is definitely a list, the PFA compile it. I have a mate who has to input all the players data onto it. I'll ask him tomorrow

I know my post might seem random but no word of a lie, the transfer list exists, the PFA deal with it and I have a mate who's job it is is to imput all the data. I will message him and ask if Nasri is on there
