At 19 years old, his debut in a new team, playING real madrid at their home and them controlling pretty much all the first half, he was fantastic.
I'm not the sort've person to plot a youngsters destiny but i will have no problems seeing him on the team sheet vs anyone after that debut.

And yeah he got beaten by Benzema, but that happens when you play against the the top players. He was a couple of feet too far away, so got wrong-footed closing the gap, by a perfect first touch.

No problem with the kid at all, he did very well for his debut. But come on, it was the wrong game to give him his debut. He should have been marking Benzema much more closely on the goal, and we might have been talking about a victory right now. Roberto got this decision wrong. Kudos to Nastasic though, he looks way better than Savic.

I thought that too but wondered if I was just being harsh because of his previous mistakes down there, but I did think originally that he should have saved it.
