And some folk on here honestly believed we didn't need another Centre half. Unbelievable. Just hope the lad is ok and that it's not an injury that keeps him out a year. Furthermore I hope that the Premier league pay his wages after being made to play on that disgrace of a pitch.

£20M is extortion for Pepe, who will give away more goals (from free kicks around the box) than he will stop.....AND he will want to play all the time and not be happy playing second or third fiddle!
As long as CLICHY is fit, Lescott will do fine. However, the problem comes in when Lescott and Kolarov both play on the left side of defense.....too slow, both a bit flatfooted.
