The home-grown stuff is really a non-issue. Pep doesn't even want a 25-man squad. He clearly prefers a squad of 20-22 players (3 goalkeepers included). The rest are made of youth players.
Anyway, the way the rumours are going we could end up with a fairly big turnover in the squad. Which is concerning IMO. Will certainly be interesting to see who we sign if we sell Ake. He offers cover for both CB and LB.

It’s still JuneSterling was not a non starter & whether they were or not, they strengthened our bench. Not replacing them with someone with a bit of pace weakens us.
We started off the transfer window with a bang signing Haaland but we’ve fizzled out badly. We should be shelling out for more top players - not making a net profit on our transfers

Certainly without a replacement coming in? Doesn’t need to be a £50m player either?
Could see us going for Pau Torres tbh. Think he's got a release clause of under £50m.Tbh if we get an offer of like £50m-60m for our 4th choice CB, it’s an auto-accept and look at a cheaper replacement.
