Have either of the ake or Sterling transfers been completed yet ?
Sterling in final stages. Ake personal terms agree with Chelsea , fee yet to be agreedHave either of the ake or Sterling transfers been completed yet ?
So neither actually done and dusted yet ..Sterling in final stages. Ake personal terms agree with Chelsea , fee yet to be agreed
Which one?Id love him, but cant see him moving for less than 55+
I dont disagree about the need for a left back. We have been understrength in this position for years and I hope that if Ake does go we use those funds to fix the issue.Losing ake further weakens our already awful depth at lb. Losing ake is not the end of the world but we must sign a lb at the very least. Think we could cope with 3 cbs next season at a push with cover from Walker, rodri, Phillips etc but cucurella is a must imo
Gvardiol.Which one?
It’s obviously more difficult to be or become a “first choice” CB if injuries are prevalent.I really like Ake but the guy couldn’t stay healthy here. When he played I was impressed, especially towards the last half of last season, but when we needed him most at the end of the season, he wasn’t fit and we struggled with Fernandinho.
He'd be the perfect replacement imo. Can cover CB and LB, young and very promising.Gvardiol.
Also gonna be about 60mHe'd be the perfect replacement imo. Can cover CB and LB, young and very promising.
Yeah very costly. Also gonna be about 60m
Tosin is a local lad so can be closer to home. He will increase his wages and will have a better chance with the England team whilst being in our squad. Ake is regular for his NT despite being 4th choice for us. He will also improve as a player training with us and being coached by the greatest manager out there. Not a bad shout but I’m not sure if he’d want to come and be 4th choice when he’s playing every week.
Please lord let Chelsea acquire Ronaldo.Chelsea are seemingly also quite serious about Raphinha and Ronaldo.
It's hard to see them buying those two and Sterling, so maybe they are leveraging the fact it's our last chance to get a fee for Sterling to lower the total package.
