Any of you guys in the USA know for Comcast in Florida is it channel 448 please ?

Thanks

Derek
Just Google it

Why did I not think of that, Thanks
I have confirmed It is channel 448 on Comcast in Florida

I believe they're planning full on Match of the Day style recap shows on both Saturday and Sunday, with the Saturday show being two hours.

The only real concern I have is the match day commentators. I've become accustomed to either Darke/McManaman or the British feed (for better or worse), although seeing as every other aspect ov the coverage seems so much better, I'll remain optimistic.

Now I am not the most savy interweb guy. I looked on the NBC Sports web site and it looks like actually finding these games can be quite a clusterfuck. They have so many different channels. I wonder if they willbe showing replays of the games. I wonder if they will reshow the games they only show on the web on a delay basis. The reason I ask is that I dont travel with my computer and I am often on airplanes/working so I depend on the games being on TV so I can set my DVR.

Also will they have a highlights program???

I have noticed that Fox Soccer does not show an hour of Sky Sports News at noon and @ 700 pm. That kind of sucks because it was quite useful to watch, especially when there was some kind of breaking news. I got hooked watching it the last day of the transfer deadlines as well. Will NBC have a similar type show?? Also when Fox showed the Sky Sports News on the weekends, tey would show at least the goals in the Football League. That was useful as well. Again I wonder if NBC will plan anything similar????

Their schedule for first 2 weeks and it looks good.

They're having a similar MOTD and MOTD2 highlights program each weekend night.

-- Tue Aug 13, 2013 2:28 pm --

Is there a way of getting this via broadband in England? I.e. by using IP address software to appear as a US resident?

Only by purchasing a visa and passport and making residence in suburban Massachusetts.

might just be me being fooking thick, but can i get this in the uk? if so how and were and how much? cheers blues

For everyone overseas - and the UK, I guess .........
FWIW ...... I have been using this, down here in Jamaica, all last season, and am able to get whatever game I need to see, without any problem. I watch either on my 27" computer screen, or, hook up my HDMI cable to the 46" LG tv in the bedroom. Also watch all the regular BBC/ITV/Sky programs, live, the same way. For those of you back in Blighty ......... just click on either the U.S. flag if you want those stations, or the Sports icon, for the sports channels. I have just noticed that there is now an icon for NBCSports Channel, but is showing "Temporarily Unavailable at the moment" - maybe it will open up when the season starts - ? Like I say, I've never had any problems down here - so, take it for what it's worth.

EXCELLENT!!

(and for anyone who can use a US proxy server, I'd imagine you can watch it too going off the above explanation)

Wow, they even announced commentators before the games. Can't remember ever seeing that on any tv network.

So basically NBC is going to run out Arlo White and a partner for what they consider the top match each day, but use the International feed for all the others.
