NBC want two English games to be played in USA

play the world club cup and the european charity shield(forgot what its called ), imagine city v boca in LA, would be brilliant, change the name

there are 83,000,000 soccer fans in the U.S. of A, that is a lot of money, money the premier league wants, they pay 2 billion for the rights of football, this will happen. and if you think any club in the premier league gives a flying fuck about its fans who go week in week out then think again, a cup of bovril and a balti pie v home,away,3rd kit,baseball cap(worn backwards of course ) all sorts of tat from the club shop, expensive tickets , 15 burgers and 40 cups of rola cola, a stop over at the hotel and take a concert in or pop into the casino whilst your over here, it really isn't a hard decision for the club, sadly football is a business .
 
My ERO had a season ticket in the Gwladys, worked and lived in London, and was fucked over when the games spread to Friday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. Wednesday and Thursday. What the Yanquis would turn the game into in the pursuit of more and more money would leave the sport only marginally recognisable - there'd be a ball and a pair of goals. Fuck knows what would be in between and how the ninety minutes would be spread - probably over three hours!

If they want live competitive games then have an Fa Cup round be played there. Let the money be shared by all teams in that round equally. Or maybe the winner of each game gets a bonus that for the smaller clubs would be a massive a financial windfall.

If they made it a "socially beneficial" event maybe football fans who couldn't travel would be understanding.

Also it's not part of a season ticket.
