I am very very very disappointed with this pick up I didn't want him at all..now we are back to last season with 4 forwards wanting to start (assuming we get jovetic like we think we will) which is what helped kill are team ..Negredo and dzeko play the same spot now were back to giving dzeko last years treatment..I'm very disappointed in this and think Manuel just kill the hopes for our forward line to play consistently together forming a strong partnership..that's out of the windo cause with jovetic were going to have 4 forwards who want to play..this is what we criticized Mancini for and now pelligrini is doing the same thing...fuckkkkk I don't want this guy

whilst, you are being a bit dramatic, I do have similar concerns. I can only hope now that they sell Dzeko. however, i would have prefered they kept him and did not buy Negredo.

This is assuming we play 4-3-3. And if we do, then Jovetic can play LF and Augero CF, while Dzeko and Guidetti back up Augero. But, now we have 3 quality players - augero, dzeko and negredo - fighting for the one position.

Which is what I think is a bad situation for us not to different then our problems playing dzeko tevez aguero and balo..cause if we play 3 up front like I thnk than navas definitely has the one of the wing positions leaving dzeko Negredo and aguero fighting for one spot..I think competition is healthy but this is borderline detrimental..I can already picture us down a goal and the fans saying c'mon throw on Negredo ,we need dzeko In the game ,put aguero In the middle all that bullshit

Could anyone who knows abit about him tell me about his work ethic? I mean will he run himself into the ground for the cause or is he prone to the odd hissy fit?

I've read a lot about his abilities on this thread but not about his mentality as a player.

Tireless runner, tracks back, is physical and keeps defenders honest for the full 90.

Considering hes going into his third season with us now and scored the title winning goal , makes me beleive your nothing more then your typical casual arm chair fan

Sounds exactly what we need, a great addition that fits the Pellegrini Puzzle.
