He is just class. He got a bit "experimental" in the 80's and it's hit and miss. Personally, I will say though that every album of his has a handful of good to great tracks on them. For me Neil Young and David Bowie are two of the Godfathers of music, love all of their stuff. Sometimes you just need to have an open mind (sometimes really open).
