Did Nelson Mandela affect the lives of anyone in this thread ? He certainly affected mine.
My niece married a white south African who originally came here when Mandela came to power. He came because he lost his university place because of new rules about quotas that Mandela brought in.
When he split up with my niece he borrowed £200 from me and he fucked off back to South Africa without paying me back.
So indirectly Mandela cost me £200, the ****.

I shouldn't have, but I genuinely LOL'ed
I was just taken aback, like at the end of The Sixth Sense

The only place pretty much on the internet where I knew I would come across people with the same opinion as me.

I shall stay very quiet 'out there', just not worth the effort - people do love to gush these days.

But here I'll say that I disliked the chap a lot and have never made any secret of that over the years.

It's not like rejoicing in people dying for differing opinions - Margaret Thatcher / Alex ferguson etc., I truly believe this man to have been a terrorist, and consequently a fascist repsonsible for many further deaths when he eventually came to power.

But I shall not mourn, nor shall I gloat.

I was just called a fascist for calling him a terrorist scumbag on fb.

Needless to say the twat is a hand-wringing leftie, won't be missed. (the twunt I deleted I mean.... as well as Mandela).

I saw one person say the truth on Facebook, he got crucified by the idiots.

I've said I think on Twitter, luckily I don't have many followers due to me being new to it so I've survived.

When Thatcher died it was all about balance, with Mandela it seems he was a saint and did no wrong. Would like to see a balanced hour an half documentary about his the good and the bad and I think channel 4 are the only TV station with the balls and brains to do it.

Also, feel sorry for those on the east coast. Genuine risk of homes and lives being destroyed by a storm and the BBC seem to have forgotten about it.
