I agree. The goalkeeper couldn't dive for the ball as he was in the way. He may not have dived anyway but that's not the issue. Obviously subjective but a correct decision in my opinion.

My opinion the player was directly effecting the keepers ability to dive for the ball intentionally or not.

It should have been looked at to see if the keeper had any chance and if he did then it's offside in my opinion. That being said I haven't seen a replay showing if the keeper would have got close to it.

It may well have been. The problem is how long it took to decide.
Was he in an offside position? - Clearly he was.
Was he interfering? - Possibly, but his position relative to the keeper was crystal clear and it should have been easy to call within a short space of time.
