New 2013/14 City kits!

Not a fan of either shirt because of the shield thing

But has anyone seen the state of the kids kits? The badge is a sticker

For the money they cost they really are a rip off. Umbro were far better

will get the purple GK top if they release it for sale, but i seldom wear footy shirts other than match days so dont see that it will get overused to pull that much (plus i'll get a size bigger because Nike don't do shirts to fit comfortably.

This was the last home shirt I bought:

...our best home kit for decades; great look, great quality garment, good sports feel to it, really good little details here and there (the invisible stripes, the different stretchy/clingy material of the arms, the scarf inside the collar etc.), plus it had white shorts and sky/maroon socks.

I didn't like the stretchy arm material on that shirt, or the way it ran up onto the shoulders, it was quite uncomfortable and I think I wore it three times in total. Now the one from the year before, that was a nice shirt. Feels like a normal t-shirt and one I still wear to games more often than not.

On a slightly different note, anyone got any advice on how the sizes compare to the Umbro shirts? I am a large in last year's shirt so I'm guessing I'll be the same with the new Nike shirt but that's not always the case.

I was a 42 in umbro shirts and bought large in Nike ... Great shirt I'm happy with it, much brighter blue than the washed out looking umbro ones

Yes, that's the fellow. It's not only the most comfortable City shirt I've ever had, it's one of the most comfortable tops I have too.
