Isn’t the singer Ralph McTell a Fulham fan,seem to remember him getting interviews in City Square a year or so ago,and the ex DJ Diddy David Hamilton is a fan also.

Dunno about Ralph, but Diddy Dave definitely is. He was MC on match days for about 40 years.

What happened to the statue?

It was in the National football museum. It’s been removed from display because of child abuse allegations though.

I enjoyed my winnings on that bad boy.

The start of my betting was the last World Cup Final, where France were almost evens to beat Croatia. Seeing as Croatia only just scraped by our donkeys in the semi, and France were the best side in it, I filled my boots.

The following Prem season, Spuds made me a lot of dosh, until they imploded after Christmas. Funnily enough, Leicester made me money regularly this year - until they too lost their way after this Christmas.

Before the lockdown (or season pause, if you're a Scouser), the top of the Bundesleague teams were winning like clockwork at pretty decent odds, plus the likes of Coventry and Plymouth in our lower leagues.

Like I said on another thread, Stones had me bricking it after his clown fall in the LC Final. Can't remember many games changing so dramatically on one incident. You looked like you were going to do a Watford FA Cup final job in the 1st half. Then, I almost had a heart attack when Bravo saved me in the last minute against Villa. God bless him!!
