New Club Survey

Because they don't value my support, the club isn't on the same wavelength and they don't listen.

When I made a very serious complaint last season the club didn't take seriously, I told them I might not renew my season ticket if it wasn't resolved.

The club employee's reply was "someone else will have it mate".

Said everything I needed to know.

Don’t understand the negativity amongst some City “fans”? Before the current owners arrived we were a mid table at best/ relegation dogfighting team. After the many millions/billions spent by those owners we are now probably the best team in the world. What is it you want? Yeah I get it that season ticket prices have increased just like they have at almost every other club, who don’t get the success we are now enjoying, and for just about everything we buy. Probably a bit disingenuous, but the club are in the business of making fans happy, money depends upon it. I can't see a reason they would piss off the fans intentionality.

Anyway, after the ride we've had I'm happy with the club.

Yep. It’s a ‘we communicate and consult with our fans on a regular basis. What they have to say is important to us’ bollocks.

It's about fans feeling the club not just takes us for granted, but takes advantage of our loyalty.

You're entitled to your view but you simply can't tell someone else how they should feel.

It's possible to perform well on the pitch, and not treat your "legacy fans" with contempt.

That's the same attitude at every club, surely? And they're not winning titles and trebles for the fans.

I'm quite pleased with our club, good owners. Not everyone has to be though.
