I was fortunate to have seen Colin Bell and believe me,he was without doubt the greatest City player I have ever seen.
However, likul David is fast becoming on par with Colins true stature of legend,a word that is used too often for my liking.
Different styles of play completely,but two wonderfully gifted players that have both been a pleasure to watch in a City shirt and both true professionals,both on and off the pitch.
Shit ... we are so lucky and blessed.

Excellent news. He's the player I'm most worried about us replacing.

These deals also help with FFP. Lesser basic wages (presumably) and further amortization.

Lets drop that amortization even further....
If this keeps up then next summer we could make some humongous player purchases.
(Just to confirm, that's humongous purchase sums and wages not humongous players...)
