Now my eyesight is no longer the best, but I can clearly see three !

Oh, and is there any reason the writing on the screens is tiny ? Whoever is running our outlets needs shooting

Utter farce in 315 South Stand 3. We were within the first 50 fans into the stand yet we waited for 30 minutes until we got served. The food was extremely limited and we didn’t have a choice but to have two hot dogs. Empty heated cabinets with no food from 1.15 until 1.45.

The staff weren’t managed by anyone and they looked shocked when the fans turned up. 7 staff were working on one counter with one on the other. My lad asked for 2 pints of lager but was told there was only cider and Amstel!

It was a truly amateurish performance by everyone involved in the catering today. The best was two staff pouring very unacceptable cider into a bucket for 20 minutes! The said bucket remained there until kick-off!

Got in around 2.30 today and queued for a drink. Around 2.45 they announced that “all alcohol” had sold out, which seemed slightly implausible, given that they were selling them all minutes earlier. Not sure what the odds are of all pumps and fridges simultaneously running out, but I’m sceptical that they were being truthful with us.

Exactly. It's as if City enjoy throwing money away. I don't even bother queuing up for a pint and food anymore it takes far too long and chances are I'll miss the beginning of the second half. Not rocket science bring in fast bottoms up pumps, contactless only, more bottles, and pre-pour pints 10 mins before HT. Would speed everything up sharpish. Sort it out City!
Service was an absolute fucking shambles today, as usual.

Pay some **** who knows what they’re doing £80k pa to sort this shit out and the club will reap the rewards threefold.

The issues are fundamental and sortable.

Went in the Waldorff after, it was rammed and got served in under a minute, whoever’s running things can’t be looking at profitability.

Was it your round?

I don’t know why anyone is surprised.

A business (Manchester City) who knows nothing about catering and hospitality, sub contracting the stadium outlets to a business who have no experience in dealing with thousands and thousands of customers in a short space of time, hiring students on zero hour contracts to serve demanding and impatient customers.

We have a city centre that’s filled with hundreds and hundreds of great places to eat and drink that is a 10 min taxi ride away.

I dont get why people want to stand in the pissing rain in city square or in the concourse paying overpriced shite in paper cups and on paper plates.

City can never get this right and no football club ever will; the demands are just too much.
