New Food and Drink Vendors for the Ground and City Square | Edible coffee cups introduced

Enjoyed the game and got two half priced Amstells. So that was good. But..the slowness of the operation, the lack of organisation. SS level 2. You order the beer, she stands there, shouts for someone to get it and waits until it's handed to her and then takes the payment. Looked like only a couple of pumps working. Why not have beers being constantly poured and stacked ready to go. Beer A or fruit thing B. Why not have quick pour machines. They make a big thing about extra choices of beer and food and actually reduce it for the regular fans. Amstel or that fruit stuff only. You couldn't get food and alcohol at the same place. The food places had people standing around doing nothing while there was huge queues at the beer selling bars. It's not only poor service amounting to contempt for the regular fans but a loss of revenue. It's been poor for a while, do they not have surveys, managers checking up,, mystery shoppers, or just listen to what their staff must tell them. Can they just anticipate demand and work out how to supply the service expected.
The choice of only Amstel or Dark fruits should see the queues diminish very quickly. What an awful choice. I’m sure we have some undercover rags in charge of some of the decision making at the club.

If it was your own bar, you’d be pulling your hair out and sacking people.

Got inside the stadium for 1.30 for half price food/drink. Level 1.

No burgers anymore?

Food was alright when managed to get it. First kiosk had no chips/hotdogs and pies were to be 15 mins.

Went to next kiosk. No fries due to fryer broken.

Half way round the ground before managed to get food.

Teething problems but no excuses for not having food actually ready

The new artisan craft brews will be featured across all areas of the stadium, with local beers from the following local independent breweries available in both retail and hospitality outlets:

• Beatnikz Republic, located in the northern quarter. https://www.beatnikzrepublic.com/
• Seven Brothers, from Salford. https://www.sevenbro7hers.com/
• Track brewing co, Manchester Piccadilly. https://trackbrewing.co/
• Runaway Brewery from Manchester Victoria. https://www.therunawaybrewery.com/
Had a great day. Got in fine, good atmosphere, Jesus pick of a great team display etc etc.

And my 20 year old lad, who hadn't been for 5 years, bought his ticket at 1pm and came with me, attracted away from an afternoon of craft beer and food at Redbank Supertap by that City promise.

And it didn't happen, did it ? Did it ? There was some decent food outside, but inside it was Amstel or Dark Fruits. Shambolic.

No pies at 2pm
