Replica shirts are wore by young kids playing out on the front with their mates. I saw one yesterday with his on and the pulls on it were very noticeable for a shirt only a couple of days old.

Mate, what are you doing spying on young kids?

Got the new home kit for the boy.

The shirt is very poor quality. At a glance it looked a bit cheap and nasty so I looked carefully at every shirt they had on display in his size (Market Street shop) and chose the one which I thought had no loose stitching on it. When I got it home I noticed there was a bit of loose stitching on the seam of the collar and at the bottom on one side. I don't think the thing is going to fall apart or anything, but it looks like something I'd paid a tenner for on a dodgy website or a market stall rather than something which retails at 42 quid. Also, the tag on the back of the neck and the little black tag at the bottom of the shirt look like they have been stitched on by my nana.

The shorts look OK to be fair.

The socks are OK too, but.....the ones they had on display at Market Street ALL had little pulls on the tops of them. Every single pair in junior sizes. I couldn't believe it so I pointed this out to the girl on the till and she went out the back and got me a pair with no pulls on them.

I got it for my lad's birthday, it is what he wants for his birthday and he is too young to understand if I tell him he's not having it because it is poor quality. I would exercise caution before buying, is all.

Saw the kit in Sports Direct today and was quite shocked at the poor quality of the material - it's going to look shit after it's been snagged a few times. Plus the material is identical to that used for the Salford Ladyboys kit. Am glad I've kept my Umbro kits in pristine condition.

Over priced with quality issues.

I can imagine the CEO at Nike in a few months asking What gives with these Limeys not paying through the nose.

T shirts it is then for the next 6 years. (Assuming they not Nike shite as well).
