I bought mine a few months ago from a Chinese website.

Bought the official one the other day from the shop and it's exactly the same, same material, badge, everything. Got the Chinese one for £13 too.

Calm down and grow up mate. I already give the club enough money as it is with the prices of Seasontickets and the amount of kits purchased down the years.

I'm not going to spend £60 on a shirt which pulls and can be ruined in a week.

that home shirt doesn't look like its got the nike swoosh on it to me,dont know about the away one as the sleeve is covering it

Yeah it does, they just can't show the logos due to copyright reasons I think so don't show them on the pictures. But they definitely have them when you buy them.

Went into the Market Street shop on Saturday.

The shirt looks better up close but I wouldn't recommend it as something that would last the full season.

£55? no chance.

Had a gander at all the other new merchandise and alot of it is poor.

They'll sell us anything, in full expectation that many mugs out there will buy it.

I just refuse to wear anything made by them. even more so now they've made some awful shit quality shirts and merchandise this season.

I keep saying it, but it's the shitty patch badge that ruins everything for me. Even the polo shirts look like you've just bought a plain Nike t-shirt from the market and got your mam to sew a badge on for you!

6 years 12M per year

Will be longer than that in reality though, thats just the first 6 years

City store are aware of the problem, and exchanged my lads top after 1 day no problem.

Will they do it again next week, and the week after, and the week after that and so on. Because swapping it isn't going to resolve it in the long term.

Its not a one off where the stitching has come undone its an issue with the material that is used in every single shirt.

This is going to be a huge embarrassment to Nike and, if it isn't resolved quickly, cause problems with the club I'd have thought.

Write or email City about this - Nike won't give a toss - they've had your money and know that there's plenty of people who'll still buy one next year - especially when they promise that one will be a harderwearing material.

Should have stuck with Umbro, proper football manufacturers and put pride into their kits. Not a big fan of this new Nike shirt, let down.
