Both teams have hit the upright/cross bar with some fairly good strikes.Watching Canada V China wimmins, much better quality.
Canada's left centre back has been horrid, though.

I know mate, some decent football really. I fully expect some extremely dirty tackles and hair pulling soon. Just turned it on to be honest.

Look very low on confidence,Frank and Pirlo will get them going im sure.....Poku has had a poor start but settling in now,struggling with the pace,will be a very good NYCFC player I predict.

Ive been following a few of their games, the ones I missed I caught pn youtube.
I hve to say their play is not half bad, maybe championship level but it's exciting. A few of the games lost were unlucky. What NYCFC lacks and this is also apparent with the whole league, is defensive tactics. Games just tend to get into this slow tennis relay like.
Next season I can see them get their act together and get into the top 5. I find Mix at least a mid table PL player. The back four is the problem.

I'm sorry, but this side has too many players that are struggling to stand on their own 2 feet.
Let alone being able to control or pass the ball. Special mentions to Poku,Mcnamara and
Nemec in that field. Don't know what they are trying to play, this side is all over the shop
and that is down to the coaching.

On average, Mix is exactly their best player. Him, in a fulcrum with Lamps, will give the mid control it severely lacks!
As for that fooking Nemec; I wouldn't play him before any u-11s that may still be available!
