Newcastle 1-1 City post match thread

Utter dross, effort levels dire, most looked like they were going through the motions, lost count of how many million times we gave the ball away, woeful.
 
I guess this was Pep's fault too. CL football next season is precarious again now. Good work at Chelsea washed away in a night of ineptitude.

Too much dross (Kolarov, Mangala, Fernando, Delph, Navas) managed by a dross manager.
 
I'll probably get slated for this, but Sergio was also shit tonight. Looking lazy/disinterested standing in offside positions or dropping back so much that there is no one in the box. He was even standing offside for the goal (for a full 30 seconds as Sky pointed out), so offside that even the lino didn't spot him!!
Bag of shite all round tonight, but certain games will be raised for Real

Or just maybe, he needs more time (after injury) to get up to pace. You find when you're not 100% you spend a lot of time
looking and trying to get hold of the ball, rather doing what should be habit.

Why the fuck doesnt Navas run at players ? He beats 3 or 4 when he runs sideways across the pitch but wont take any fucker on when hes going forward.

Navas summed himself up in the first 5 mins. Chance to shoot, doesn't, almost runs the ball out when no one near him, finally gets pass away, straight to their man. He was absolute Shite in the first half. Slightly better second but it was a poor performance
