Newcastle (a) post-match thread

I honestly believe he has gone. I have seen it before in many players. He is crocked. Nothing wrong with his workrate. He worked hard up and down the line and saw lots of the ball but he is just not the same player. I have no problem at all with his attitude but his pace and mobility has been lost. It's a shame but City need to move on and he can try and re-build his career at a lower level. The injury he has had would finish most players' careers and that's the harsh reality. Before his injuries he always got past the defender and crossed low with pace. Now he just can't get past his defender and is hitting hopeful punts.
It's a shame. The injury has taken the edge of his pace and the ability to hit a first time precision cross or diagonal.

We need to practice shooting, it’s bloody obvious if there are nearly 20 players in the box you are not dribbling passing it through them into the net, have a few shots, get a rebound, deflection fucking anything other than pass it back to the half way line again. Newcastle were very disciplined and kept there shape well, Shaktar did it the other night as well. Teams know they will get one or two chances on the break against this defence and that’s enough for them, gain a point and hope for 3 against us, this will continue for the rest of the season. Burnley will just lump it into the box which is what they are good at, the United game will be very interesting it could go either way at the moment.

Not guilty SB .

There are plenty of others who perfectly fit my description , as ever the same culprits , who all know much better than the club.

If they want to make fools of themselves , that is fine , but I didn't even see your post . OK ?

@deegee33 thought I was being serious with a sarcastic post of mine. I thought you were agreeing with him about my post. My mistake if so.

Said after Norwich this kind of result will be the norm for the foreseeable future and I’m gitted to be proved right. Not good enough all over the pitch and for the first time in 3 and a half years there’s question marks over the manager as he keeps sending them out to play the same old tired way which is almost a carbon copy of the pellegrini later years at the minute. I don’t expect it to suddenly improve anytime soon either without an active tactical change. Fully expect More games of getting away with it mixed with getting exactly what we deserve like today.
Spot on..In the 2nd half what did the greatest coach change to turn it round..Feck all is the answer. If I could have got odds on the 2 subs he made at 67 minutes I would have made a fortune. Dreadfully predictable Pep -get your shit sorted..
