Correct. He put in two brilliant balls across the 6 yard box that Jesus didn't anticipate when he should have do for tap ins. It's a shit trait a lot of City fans have had over the years that they pick on a player and give him no credit no matter what they do. It's embarrassing. Other clubs fans even pick up on it. Mendy was superb today. As was Gundog and Raheem. Probably explains why there are only 11 pages of comments after a cup 1/4 final win. Prats

Mendy frustrates the hell out of me, he makes amazing runs & when found all he does is smash the ball across the area when a bit of finesse is all thats required, apart from that minor gripe & ottas usual fuck up job done, kdb masterclass as per :)

I’d say Mendy also put in some incredible crosses that were just begging for someone to get on the end of. I was impressed with him.
