hate it when people tag any city game as a banker ???

maybe am old school but can manchester city really say any away game is a banker and take home the 3 points, yes we are talking about a different kettle of fish with manchester city in the modern setup, but i never do i feel we turn up and win any away game in the premier league and take it for granted before kick off ?? newcastle are never easy on there own patch and we have needed a big moments from yaya to take the game when we needed it

so tonight we need aguero or somebody to grab the game by its neck and win it, that little bit of magic that cost a little bit more money and makes the tops teams stand out from the rest, that was yaya he could win a tight away games he had that magic moment in him he was the man turn too when the pressure was on

Well it is one of the easiest remaining games on paper if looked at objectively. This means nothing of course when the ref blows the first whistle. If they were to get ahead it could prove to be a very difficult game, anything can happen and the conditions may play a very big part. I take it you refer to the goal that Yaya or Mr. Toure as Pep appears to call him these days scored back in the day and yes it was badly needed on that occasion. My point is that all things being equal tonight we will win if we create and take our chances. Anything other than a win makes our task or catching the Dippers a lot more difficult. Every game from now on is critical I think but I feel we are in a much better place than we were a month or 6 weeks back.

Think this will be a tense, close affair - a 0-1, possibly - but we just need to get the 3 points and put the pressure back on the Dippers. This and the next three tricky league games will, in all likelihood, determine who wins the title. No great insight in those comments, I admit, but there it is. Oh ... and no injuries tonight, please.

Strange. I feel like we'd appreciate a bit of backing if we were a top 6 club, were bought out by Mike Ashley and relegated within three years, then relegated again, with our net spend decreasing year on year to the point where our best manager in more than a decade feels alienated from the club. We're football fans and we're all in this together, and showing a bit of solidarity with a loyal group of supporters who know what it is to have barren years on the trophy front wouldn't be the worst thing. Not sure where this "Fuck 'em" attitude comes from but it serves nobody but the Mike Ashleys of the world.

Totally agree mate, fuck em. If they were any good they'd be exactly the same as the scousers...

All they go on about are crowds/attendances & empty seats. 34600 at their place last Saturday for their FACup game against Watford.
