Amazed by the commentator making out that Newcastle (last year's finalists and winner by 8 at the weekend) beating City is some kind of giant killing. Always prefer to win but sometimes a loss isn't the worst thing in the world

Newcastle just roughed us up and we crumbled.
Special mention for Grealish who was truly awful.
Great platform for Phillips who failed again, needs to go.

The result will probably help us moving forward. Grealish needs to earn his starting spot back. I don’t care if he’s coming back from a niggle, that performance was just bad with no ambition. Doku has rightfully earned that spot for now.
