Wasnt overly bothered but it goes to show how have City have come when teams celebrate when they beat us.

Worried about Phillips. I really want him to do well but he just seems so slow, both mentally and physically.

Other than that a good game for those lacking games .....

Grealish was particularly poor and offered absolutely nothing. Phillips just isnt good enough on the ball or off it and Alvarez first touch tonight was shocking

Are Newcastle a horrible team to watch.Cheating on the pitch which starts from the bench .What does their Asst coach do ? Apart from windiing up oppo players and scowl at oppo bench and hide in the tech area.Horrible just horrible
 
Lads if you are going to a leisurely relaxed kick about in a first half “training session” pop the odd goal in. Makes things soo much easier when the predictable extra effort comes from the desperate home side.

A bit of a worry when Bobb and Lewis look so much more assured and comfortable on the ball than Kalvin. Odd Thor didn’t get ten mins at the end aside from Newcastle kicking the crap out of us I suppose.
 
Looks like Howe took a leaf out of Cooper's book and told his players to kick the shit out of us at the start of the second half, sending on that scouse **** Gordon to start it off.

It seems like an effective tactic, particularly when the bent officials are happy to play their part in it. It's obvious that Pep knows what's going on here!
 
I just think most fans are disappointed and annoyed at the performance rather than the result. You can't win them all though.
