A couple of seasons ago I was on the back row. It was middle of winter but I was so hot after climbing the stairs that I watched the game in a T shirt

Rather than blaming the fans, blame the PL and TV companies. They are f***ing about with the fixtures. They don’t give a shit about the fans. If the Newcastle game was a 3pm kick off on Saturday, we would have sold out our away allocation.

Not sure you can blame the TV companies in this case as there is a full PL programme on Tuesday and Wednesday 29th/30th January. - You can certainly blame them for Friday and Monday games not being full.

I'd suggest that there is a new thread for away tickets as it's clearly dominating the City Matters thread currently. There are various other club issues that people can raise but the away tickets issue is clearly very emotive and it's making any other points raised fairly meaningless.

I want 2 tickets but i can only purchase 1 surely when the club know its not selling out they could allow supporters to buy 2 to ensure it does sell out ?

I've counted at least 12 newcastle tickets for sale on a facebook page and 8 for burton away in the last hour.
