tbf hes not been great the last couple of games hes played,he needs to stop trying too hard and let his natural ability shine

He needs to get a run of games and in the Prem. Whilst I agree he doesn’t play well when he get the ‘odd cup’ game, the majority of the squad don’t play well and some are invisible and get picked

Have to be careful we are playing a team that almost got a draw against Brentfords B team. May have been worth playing dinho with rodri and gundog for added safety.

Didn’t Gundogan play further forward last time he and Rodri started? Doesn’t have to be a defensive move playing them both

Great point, and whilst Rodri has been a bit hit and miss recently Gundog has been playing consistently well.
