I don't think you can afford to start him with 3 subs tbh, I think it's a shame but we have shown huge patience. Has to be 4th choice now the risk is too big. He must be in a dark place mentally.

I knew he'd get injured when I seen his name on the team sheet. He can only play once a week now, he doesn't have the legs to play more games in a week.

Scary thing is, the foaming at the mouth for us to drop points would of seen the press praise Newcastle if that had worked.

That’s a very good point,carragher on now criticising the rest of the league for sticking 11 behind the ball even for home games,but the first side to beat us if they play like that will be praised to high heavens...

I love Pep. This guy is just so on. He is absolute class, so professional, but so philosophical about how he wants to play. He is a standard deviation above any other manager in the Prem.
