Newcastle send 'strongly worded statement' to FA about NDJ

anyone think the the tackle on milner a few secs later was any worse, i do, just the outcome was different? that means these shithouses are saying nige went out to break his leg, outcome slander?

When the tackle happened No one in the Newcastle team or on the bench or in the crowd made any indication that it was a foul or a bad tackle.

It was an Unfortunate accident that happens in contact sports.

Compare these two tackles to de jongs and look at the players reactions, especially big sol.

3 match ban each, topic ended within a few days .This de jong debate will go on until ben arfa gets back to full fitness. The tackle on eduardo all but ended his career, wish him well at shakhtar however was in superb form. Taylor ended ramseys hopes for breaking into arsenal when he was getting a string of games hope he comes back a better player.

Ben arfa is on loan from Marseille, I havent heard anything from them regarding de jongs tackle, and van marwijjk is a joke,

the fact of the matter is how can you judge if a tackle is "too much force"?? Answer - you can't. Were his stoods up? No. Didn't he leave the ground? No. Did he tackle from behind? No. Did he get the ball? Yes. People are saying he used excessive force - even if he did (which he didn't) it's impossible to referee because there's no way of judging accurately the force of a tackle. You just the legality of a tackle using the factors above because they are black and white - force is not a parameter any human being can judge by simply watching a tackle.
What people are saying is players must use the minimum amount of force possible to dispossess a player - this whole thing is complete and utter nonsense.

How fuckin stupid are they gonna look if barton or nolan mistime or go into a 50-50 tackle and accidentally break another players leg, which with either of these two is a possibility.
Its football it fuckin happens and at some stage this season a city player will come out worse in a challenge.
I would be totally embarrassed if city were ever to do this over a challenge like that, total fuckin joke.

It wasn't even a foul ffs! Talk about a witchunt, this is Adebayor all over again it is the media's way of keeping their beloved clubs at the top as they are scared shitless of Manchester City.
