Bigger fish to fry now play the reserves
Pep wants to everything.Don’t forget Club World Championship game is on the horizon, way more important than this game.
Yes - but that was the case with Liverpool and the EFL said it was something they'd want to avoid in future. The League Cup QF is scheduled for the same day (+/-1) as our Club World Cup game on 19th December.
And at QF stage we're less likely to be playing opponents that we could hope to beat with a youth team (a repeat of Burton like in the SF would be good).
I'm guessing the club will be playing a youth team throughout, win or lose.
No mate, also a positive that he gets an enforced rest that he needed anyway. Not the normal way to get it, but a rest nonetheless.Yes, it's about the only positive from Rodri's red card that this is one of the three games he'll miss.
I thought that suspensions were competition specific, therefore he'll miss the next 3 premier league games. If that's the case then he will definitely play in this one.Yes, it's about the only positive from Rodri's red card that this is one of the three games he'll miss.

Big Bunny upfront - Goater 2.0We really can't afford any injuries to our ready miniscule pool of available players, even our EDS looks light on any experience, I'd play a reserve team abd rest more than I have below if possible
