I'm curious as to what their approach will be. They aren't the first club to have wealthy owners so let's see what they do to stand out from the crowd.

The Mail carrier pigeon finally reaches Newcastle, Ant and Dec are over the toon

It will be interesting to see how the takeover is seen by the media in a couple of years. Abramovich, then Mansour, now Saudi Arabia, all criticised, but nobody ever dares to criticise the Yanks who buy Brisish clubs, get them into debt and sell shares for personal profit.
To be fair, why would you want to criticise that? Ole is second only to the glazers in bringing them down from the inside.

I wonder if this is why our owners have kept their powder dry knowing this would happen? And has a consequence any more digs at our owners would be met with a certain response of double standards and bias?

Does this mean that that fat, bearded twa, er, rotund hirsute gentleman on youtube who constantly criticises lickle ol' Citeh and their horrible owners, will now stop supporting Newcastle? Answers on a postcard to......
True Geordie? As we speak he is probably begging a teenage girl to violate him with a marital aid and to defecate on him, like the last time he got over excited

Newcastle fans may need to be patient. I think the combination of FFP and the current financial might within the PL (compared to the rest of Europe) may prove a difficult barrier, at least initially. Although once they break through they'd likely stay assuming they're competently run.
