I've added a poll, just for a bit of "bantz", as the hip young bros and hos would say, innit? I've included 6 of the senior players in it, the probability is that it'll be one of them. The poll will be open for the next day or so.

Whoever gets elected, this is a good system. All the dressing room know that the captain and the leadership group have the respect of their peers.

Do we know of any other clubs that pick their captains this way? Seems pretty unique to me but it has worked out well in the past. Some great captains since Pep has been here.

It's funny though, with Pep seen as such a controlling type. You'd think he would want to pick the captain too so it's cool that he lets the team decide.

Walker - vice-captain

Leadership group - KDB, Walker, Dias, Rodri plus one more, maybe Ake?

Needs to be someone that plays near 100% of the time. That's rodri. Then dias.
