I'm guessing that's bollocks, I would be very surprised to see Toure get it when we have Gareth Barry.

got to be barry,he done it at villa for years and always looks to have a cool head and has been amazing since he joined us!! i agree with some posts...barry for captain and superman for vice.

Holy shit! How did i forget about Toure? Absolutely 100% the correct choice. Far more of a leader than Barry. Excellent communication skills. Bags of experience. He's a winner. He has the respect of everyone in the dressing room (many have already commented on how he has transformed the mentality of the club). Good decision.
