Dias, Rodri and Stones should step up as the next team of captains now.

When all are fit and playing, I’d probably say Dias (you can see from City videos that he’s very vocal off the pitch with the team and often leads the talks).

De Bruyne will probably be voted club captain because he's the longest serving player in the squad.

Dias will still show leadership qualities whether he has the armband or not so I'm not sure it really matters.
