I was worried because it hadn't been said at all before now. Then Tevez was piping up like he's still Billy Big-Balls here. I would have been very disappointed had he been given back the captaincy.

This will come as a shock to Carlos after saying he was still the symbol and captain of City. Great decision and Vinny should have picked up the Cup in May!
 
The right decision. Never wanted Tevez as captain, whereas Kompany's been my nomination since before Tevez got the job, but Tevez should have been deposed as soon as he handed in his transfer request.
