has to be redknapp. always gets the best out of his players. we really need an english manager.

Never really been arsed about the nationality of the manager before.
But whilst watching the post-match analysis today on the beeb, I couldn't help but notice how absolutley gutted Dixon and Shearer were. Got me thinking that maybe we need an Englishman to instill into the players just what it means to play for their country. .

like they did for Keegan you mean :-))

Lol. Exception that proves the rule maybe?? :-)
I am starting to think that maybe they need a manager who knows what it feels like to be proud to play for their country. And hopefully that will pass on to the team. Also, they need to be tactically aware so that rules out Keegan and Pearce!

Mark Hughes.
Good premersihp manager, good record as manager as Wales. He's the man for me.

Or maybe Phil Brown??

Phil Brown....hahahaha. Quality. On recent managerial success it has to be McLaren.

I'd personally give it to Pearce. OK, he might not have the tactical side of things sorted, but you can be sure that if they played like that for him you couldn't have a press conference afterwards as he'd have knocked a few out.
