Next Manager after Pep

It’s a question worth asking. We’ve reached the pinnacle in terms of managers. After this is quite daunting. We aren’t in the position of the giants where ex player comes from within. The next managerial appointment is a complete mystery, and I’d say largely based on European success because if this current crop don’t do it under Pep, will another highly regarded manager fancy it?
Chelsea have had managers (Mourinho, Hiidink, Ancelotti) who’ve won European Cups elsewhere and failed to at Chelsea yet the two occasions they got to the final their coaches were Avram Grant and Roberto di Mateo.

Anyone can have a good cup run and get to a final really.

. . .only 1 candidate for me. Vinny - even if he was only 35.

Rub it into the scousers faces even more with years of continued success copying their Shankly model by bringing through from within.

Superb communicator, City legend and complete top bloke. Win Champions league first season.
Never gonna happen. He's just finished a masters degree in business. Can't see him slogging that out to then do something completely non-related.

This.
When Pep leaves and it will be more like 5 seasons than 3, there will be many contenders who we dont even know the names of yet.
