Pep could leave in 3yrs ....maybe he goes to Italy ( Inter/Juve)
or he gives International football a try
Pep could return to City for a 2nd go...If Txiki and Soriano are still at City

According to my dear friends who support other teams, anyone could win the league in cheat mode. So we'll be ok.

Jokes aside, we'll be just fine when he leaves. He builds such a side, with such belief that it really wing take much managing. When he leaves we'll have a sustained way of play, we'll have a clear identity and managers will be picked to suit.
