A manager should never say I'm leaving well in advance, its not good for the dressing room. Piss poor from Pep, should have kept it to himself.

Its possible the players already know that he won't renew and he would take another break. And there are still alot of great managers out there that might win us the CL if Pep never does. Look at Tuchel, Zidane, Klopp!
