II would say yes. My salary is £30k a year, has been for 3 years. I do another part time job to top up my income and work hard like others do.
I just get on with it, it's not just people in the public sector who are having financial difficulties.
Some of these fucking drivers are getting nearly £60k a year and still are not happy. Good grief!
Like I said yesterday and I hope this is resolved but to me some of these strikers like the attention and think they are special, they are fucking not.

Not a great start to the season, train rocked up already full, everyone is toe to toe, 3 carriages on a busy Saturday is a joke & train home has been cancelled

That's obviously the nasty, selfish drivers deliberately driving smaller trains than necessary. The poor management are wringing their hands at how uncaring their workers are.
