Website is a joke.
Got as far as check-out but wouldn't let me choose the Direct Debit option. Rang Supporter Services and fortunately go through after only a couple of minutes. Very helpful lady who sorted it all out for me over the phone and e-mail confirmation received straight away. No booking fee charged either.
I've moved down from Platinum to Gold this season for our 2 seats, with a net saving of £5 compared with last year. I can live with that, especially as we now have an interest free Direct Debit scheme.
The points have now become irrelevant as everyone has moved up a peg over the past 2 years so we're stuck in exactly the same pecking order for tickets as we were in 2011. We still had decent seats for both Wembley trips.
Platinum is in my opinion a rip off.

did anyone else do direct debit scheme, confirm it all and then end up with the season cards still in the basket?
Cup schemes have been added but no Email and seasontickets don't look like gone through.

I tried to renew last night, went through the whole thing and then it crashed. I tried again this morning, and it said I wasn't eligible for the Cup Schemes. I renewed anyway and rang the TO. They said it had added them and confirmed the card I used for the payments.
It does seem stupid but I'm on them now. So in its own half-arsed way it did work.

If it failed and now doesn't give you the option, it means they're on your account. I spoke to the Ticket Office earlier and they confirmed it. The Cup Schemes are now showing, the points will be added later.

just looking back and my seat in 141 has gone up £110 from £420 in June 2010 to £530 in June 2013 an increase of 26% (in the midst of the worst recession in living memory)!!
and that's one of the cheapest areas of the stadium

As a complete technophobe - I managed to go in and renew 3 season tickets, sign up to the cup schemes and set up the direct debits - pretty good and believe me very simple and straightforward - I just hope its MCFC I have signed up to!
