Im on platinum and joined all 3 cup schemes, according to the site i should get an extra 600 points but ive not. Has this happened to anyone else?

Yep - same happened to me. I phoned the ticket office and they said it had all gone through but 'there was a delay on the loyalty points'.
I reckon they will sort it all out eventually so sit back and chill out now you have renewed.

How many points did you get for the digital subscription mine says 25 but last season it was 50 :/

Don't think the cup scheme points go on until the deadline for joining iirc from last year.

I renewed at lunchtime today. Expected delays and problems after reading this thread but luckily for me sorted out mine and my sons online in about 10 minutes.

Never done platinum, not paying for loyalty.

Surprised at the price increase but more than offset by the much helpful direct debit scheme.

All of my points have been added now including cup schemes.

Correct cup schemes are showing now too.

All renewed and ready for next season, reading this thread, SC must be being renewed fairly quickly, the DD will help a lot of people, anyway 2 mores seats filled for another season.

Not mad about going Platinum because it's loyalty points for cash, but the chance of selling on Viagogo for any games I miss is tempting as means of making a dent in the £740 quid its gone up to for Gold. From what people tell me though, selling on Viagogo is only likely if the one next to yours is for sale as well. Anyone been on Platinum in East Stand 2 and tried selling on Viagogo this season at all?

Same happened to us. I emailed the support and now it fixed. Not sure if it fixed itself or they did something.

This is the first time around that I've not paid for the Seasoncard immediately. I've gone for the one-off DD in July which allows me two more pay days to get the money together. If it goes up by a similar amount in 14/15 and my circumstances haven't improved then I'll knock it on the head.
