Neymar

Absolute class footballer would be the best in the prem the moment he signed. Will break every record internationally in South American football but..... I suspect Barca will keep him ahead of Messi given age , recent form etc

People say they aren't attainable but Barca's board will have to collectively resign if profits and wages aren't improved considerably and quickly and that is aside from the 300-400m they need to find for their new stadium. There is a lot of financial pressure there and the board will have to do the unthinkable and allow sponsorship of the nou camp, put stadium rebuild on hold as well as potentially selling players if they want to stay on which they all do.

So it's probable they will sell one of their trio, Neymar is the youngest and the one they can long term make the most money from, Suarez probably not interested in coming to England so it's either Suarez to PSG or Messi to the prem.

Messi and Neymar are very publicly fighting to be the one who Barca back and who wins the huge huge contract, the other will be sacrificed to save the boards jobs and to pay the first instalment of the nou camp rebuild

Very happy with our PR dept today. Look at the papers, we have obviously made it pretty clear we have no interest in Neymar (this jan at least) or Vardy.
Neymar is just after a contract bump at Barca and we have stopped dead any chance of us being used in the same way Utd do for contract talks.

If he came in the future then great but right now i am happy the club put a stop to these rumours.

Rags apparently are going to trigger the release clause...

Not that it will happen, but how funny would it be if they do that and then he refuses to join them...

You would have thought that they would consider spending that sort of money on some decent defenders and midfield players. In fact they need a whole new squad...

I'd bring him in at £140m, if he'd be willing to join.

Not only is he a world class footballer at the age of 23, with the technical abilities to match anyone, he's also Brazil's poster boy and heir to Pele's throne as the greatest goalscorer to ever come from the country.

His global marketing potential is huge and we'd easily make the money back on him through shirt sales, sponsors, etc, and he'll be talked about as one of the greatest players to play the game.

He's also pretty versatile and can play anywhere across the front three, which would suit us due to Kun's injury issues.
