City haven't denied it. Could be because no one in mainstream media reported it
 
Let's be honest ne it Neymar or any big name who earned 500-600k a week. If you're going to play for City you need to lower your demands.
 
Probably get to about ten games a season. Almost certainly won't be going to any if we sign this reptile.
 
My vote leans toward no, but I want to play Devil's advocate...Supposedly Neymar has an enormous amount of respect for Pep and has publicly rued the fact he didn't get to play under him at Barca...Pep appears to fancy Neymar the player...there is the possibility that if he came to City he would fly right for Pep and he'd also have a chip on his shoulder the size of a boulder having been unwanted for the first time in his career...we could benefit from the situation and get the talent without much of the nonsense...at least for a year, say, on loan...just food for thought...
