We're assuming, at his age Neymar could still leave for elsewhere on great wages. All depends on his ambition.

He is on a crazy, crazy contract, similar situation to FDJ, unless PSG pay him off he is staying put and wants his dough.

PSG are paying him already though, unlike FDJ there's no deferred wages or other issues like at Barca. So yeah, he could be comfortable there. But if he were to move for footballing reasons I expect us to be involved in discussions, put it that way.

They still have to pay him off if they want him out, that's the issue.

Yes, they are rich but having to pay him off would kill them in terms of FFP, if Neymar was available for a decent fee, don't you think there would be a queue of clubs at his door?
 
We won't sign Neymar.
1. Pep said no.
2. We cant have too many star players in the team. This will destroy the team dynamics.
3. Neymar will never agree for a paycut.

Well, not really, because A: Age, B: Wage, C: Conduit, D: Injury History, etc.
