I have watched every single Chelsea game this season mate and i don’t think he is that good, fair play you have to give the lad time but Mata and Hazard look miles better. that’s just my opinion

I've not seen much of Oscar he's hardly featured in the prem. made 3 sub appearances and 1 start I think. He featured in Capital one cup and Champions League. So Oscar hasn't done much and can't be rated yet.

Oscar need to play to show all his skills. Hazard played 192 games at LOSC and Oscar just 70 at Internacional and 14 at Sao Paulo and both have 21 years old.
