They can't do anything to prevent the sale mate as PSG matched his release clause. They would have no say in it.Barca would sell Messi before they sold Neymar imo given their ages and lets face it, they are not going to sell either right now.

Technically spot on mate but Neymar and his agent are just playing the game here and it's pay rise time.
Those release clauses are so high for a reason and as far as the club are concerned are sacrosanct and never to be broken and i dont believe this one ever came close to it.
